CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER MERCHANDISE
Custom and made-to-order merchandise is produced according to the measurements, specifications, materials, colors, and design details approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and information. AS Fashion Group LLC is not responsible for fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements, changes in the customer’s measurements, or information provided after production has begun.
Where applicable, production timelines begin only after we receive the required payment, measurements, specifications, materials, and design approvals.
Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges or an extended production timeline. Any additional cost or revised timeline will be communicated when reasonably possible.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits and payments for custom, bespoke, personalized, made-to-measure, made-to-order, altered, or specially sourced merchandise are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, payment issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled and unshipped merchandise.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product selections, sizing, measurements, colors, quantities, billing information, and shipping information before submitting an order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed or otherwise agreed upon when the order is submitted, except in the event of an obvious pricing or technical error.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or typographical errors and to cancel affected orders when necessary. If an affected order has already been paid, we will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund if the order is canceled.
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. By submitting payment information, customers confirm that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and similar charges may apply as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and shipping are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address changes and shipment rerouting cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, store credits, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Custom, bespoke, personalized, made-to-measure, made-to-order, altered, specially sourced, and sale merchandise may be considered final sale and ineligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed to in writing.
